• Software Update with the latest changes (executable file and program database electronically by the software)
• Software Training and users manuals as multimedia (online Help System)
• Sending software error log file if exist electronically to support team
• Sendig software error reports / software new feature suggestion / users questions by users via website

The services listed above for permanent license type are free for one year after license issue date and after the first year will be required to purchase support services and for periodic license types support services during license validity period provided by default and not require to purchase services.

softwares Update services includes software components update and program database updates intelligently and automatically by software via internet.(fixed software Errors & new added features)

Sofwares Training

Softwares Training is available as multimedia (video) on mdpco website and accessible for customers via purchased sofware. It should be noted that the software help system accessible through the help menu of all software forms via internet and classified and not require login account for softwares users.
