Permanent licenses

By default includes one-year support Services. After the first year, support services and intelligent updates will be available by paying the cost of support services.the formula for calculation of services cost in permanent license type is as follows:

Support Services Price For 1 Year = (base software price + additional users price + modules price) X 25%

The formula for calculating the cost of support services is for continuous services (before the expiration of license service date). after expiration of validity, new services price will be added with 30% of support services cost for each year after services expire date.

Periodic Licenses

The license validity period has all the support services including intelligent software updates and site services and does not require to pay separate. Obviously after the period of validity of licenses to use software new license is required.

Software's Database

Software's Database in all license types, owned by the purchaser and after the validity period of license and purchasing new licenses (of any type), the ability to select the previous databse or create a new database and remove the previous database, will be possible by the purchaser.

Purchasing more users and other modules after issuance of the license

If you require to buy more users or new modules of the software, the above-mentioned items in periodic license types (2 years and 3 years) and permanent license type , with the payment of the costs listed in the software price list section at any time through site online services is possible.
Obviously, along with payment, New license with all previous license information and new items will be issued and sent to customers email address.the previous license will be revoked.
Changing the options of license after purchase and the duration of validity period of license, in the mentioned license types , is possible only in the increasing number of users and new modules of software.
